Hawker Device Hardware: Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro cell phone w/ basic Otter Box case. These phones do not have payment devices All ordering and payment will be done through an app on the customer side The hawker device will be for claiming/being assigned orders Hawker Device Setup: Power on Run through set up screens and click next or skip for each item Charge devices Connect each to specified wifi Turn ringers off and volume down Download Tapin2 app Once downloaded, scan the IMEI1 barcode from the phone's box into the app and click submit The phone is now ready to use as the hawker device

Make sure the devices are connected to either USB3 or USB4 on the workstation. If yes, contact the HMSHost Database Support (copy HMSHost POS Implementation Manager). The CDM team will need to ensure USB ports 1 - 4 are added -> Workstation -> Device tab -> Peripheral Device Configuration section

Clearing Cache • Clearing the printer’s cache helps resolve common printing errors when print jobs may be stuck in the internal memory of the printer. • To clear the cache on all supported Epson Models: 1. Turn the printer off. 2. Hold down the feed button 3. Turn the printer back on while holding the feed button. 4. A page will start to print, release the feed button. 5. When the page has finished printing, tap the feed button once more. 6. This will cause a second page to print and the cache will be cleared. 7. Power cycle the printer.
